Troubleshooting

Report Cannot Be Generated​

Check:

  • All required Discipline inputs are complete
  • No validation errors remain
  • A Report Template is selected

Boundary Not Saving​

  • Ensure the polygon is fully closed
  • Confirm a Lodgement Name is entered

Markups Not Appearing​

  • Confirm the correct Discipline is selected
  • Ensure overlays are enabled

Gap Analysis Not Updating​

  • Verify Demand Data has been saved
  • Refresh analysis after input changes
